national/ˈnæʃ.ən.əl/Belonging to one whole country, not just to one town or one small part of it.
career/kəˈrɪə/The work a person does for many years, and the way that work grows over time.
minister/ˈmɪn.ɪ.stə/A person in charge of one part of a government. It is also the word for the leader of some churches.
super/ˈsuː.pə/Very good indeed. It is a friendly, informal word that shows you are pleased.
program/ˈprəʊ.ɡræm/A set of instructions that tells a computer what to do. For television and for a plan of events, Britain spells the word "programme".
natural/ˈnætʃ.ər.əl/Made by nature and not by people; or normal, and not surprising.
male/meɪl/Belonging to the sex that cannot have babies. A man or a boy is male.
