ĉarma

Ĉarma is prettiness with warmth in it, a step gentler than bela and much less grand than belega. It applies happily to people, places and evenings alike. The noun ĉarmo covers both the abstract quality and, in older or more literary texts, the old sense of a magic charm or spell, which is where the word came from in the first place. Ĉarmi is to charm someone, and ĉarmega exists for when restraint has gone entirely. Be aware that, as in English, calling a grown woman ĉarma can land as patronising depending on who says it.
