The noun is the bloom, and the verb flori means to be in flower. Both take the figurative sense the same way English does, so a movement or a city can flori without anyone blinking. o is the flowering as a period, floranta describes something in bloom right now, and i catches the moment it opens. Note that covers both a leaf and a petal in loose usage, so florfolio exists when you need the precision.
