Why these go together

A good argument looks at both sides. These are the sentences that let you do it without running out of German.

  • Zwar ist das Internet nützlich, aber es hat auch Nachteile.

    The internet is useful, admittedly, but it has disadvantages too.

  • Außerdem kostet es viel Geld.

    What's more, it costs a lot of money.

  • Ich bin nicht dafür, sondern dagegen.

    I'm not for it, but against it.

  • Trotzdem finde ich, dass man mehr Sport treiben sollte.

    Even so, I think you should do more sport.

  • Diese Idee kann mich nicht überzeugen.

    This idea can't convince me.

  • Ein Vorteil ist, dass wir Zeit sparen.

    One advantage is that we save time.

  • Meiner Meinung nach ist das sinnvoll.

    In my opinion that makes sense.

  • Allerdings gibt es auch Probleme.

    However, there are problems too.

  • Ich bin sogar der Meinung, dass das gefährlich ist.

    I'm even of the opinion that it's dangerous.

  • Wir brauchen bald eine Lösung.

    We need a solution soon.
