不知道在哪里

Story

今jīn天tiān我wǒ去qù看kàn我wǒ的de朋péng友yǒu小xiǎo明míng。我wǒ们men一yì起qǐ吃chī东dōng西xī，说shuō了liǎo很hěn多duō事shì。小xiǎo明míng的de妈mā妈ma也yě在zài。她tā给gěi我wǒ们men东dōng西xī吃chī。我wǒ很hěn高gāo兴xìng。

Today I went to see my friend Xiao Ming. We ate together and talked about a lot of things. Xiao Ming's mum was there too. She gave us things to eat. I was very happy.

现xiàn在zài我wǒ要yào回huí家jiā。小xiǎo明míng说shuō：你nǐ一yí个gè人rén走zǒu，可kě以yǐ吗ma？我wǒ说shuō：可kě以yǐ。我wǒ知zhī道dào这zhè个ge地dì方fāng。

Now I have to go home. Xiao Ming says: Walking on your own, is that all right? I say: Yes. I know this place.

但dàn是shì我wǒ走zǒu了liǎo一yí下xià，我wǒ开kāi始shǐ不bù知zhī道dào我wǒ在zài哪nǎ里lǐ。我wǒ看kàn这zhè里lǐ，我wǒ看kàn那nà里lǐ。所suǒ有yǒu的de地dì方fāng都dōu不bú是shì我wǒ认rèn识shi的de。

But after I had walked for a bit, I started not knowing where I was. I looked here, I looked there. None of the places were ones I recognised.

我wǒ想xiǎng：我wǒ应yīng该gāi打dǎ电diàn话huà给gěi妈mā妈ma。我wǒ打dǎ了liǎo。妈mā妈ma说shuō：你nǐ在zài哪nǎ里lǐ？我wǒ说shuō：我wǒ不bù知zhī道dào。这zhè里lǐ我wǒ什shén么me都dōu不bù认rèn识shi。

I thought: I should phone Mum. I called. Mum said: Where are you? I said: I don't know. I don't recognise anything here.

妈mā妈ma说shuō：没méi事shì。你nǐ问wèn一yí个gè人rén。也yě许xǔ有yǒu人rén可kě以yǐ告gào诉sù你nǐ怎zěn么me走zǒu。

Mum said: It's all right. Ask someone. Maybe somebody can tell you which way to go.

我wǒ看kàn到dào一yí个gè女nǚ人rén。她tā在zài走zǒu。我wǒ说shuō：对duì不bù起qǐ。我wǒ不bù知zhī道dào我wǒ在zài哪nǎ里lǐ。我wǒ想xiǎng回huí家jiā。她tā对duì我wǒ说shuō：没méi事shì，我wǒ可kě以yǐ告gào诉sù你nǐ。

I saw a woman. She was walking. I said: Excuse me. I don't know where I am. I want to go home. She said to me: It's all right, I can tell you.

她tā和hé我wǒ一yì起qǐ走zǒu。我wǒ们men走zǒu了liǎo一yí下xià，我wǒ看kàn到dào了liǎo一yí个gè我wǒ认rèn识shi的de地dì方fāng。我wǒ很hěn高gāo兴xìng。我wǒ说shuō：谢xiè谢xiè你nǐ。她tā说shuō：不bú用yòng谢xiè。

She walked with me. After we walked a little, I saw a place I knew. I was very happy. I said: Thank you. She said: You're welcome.

我wǒ一yí个gè人rén走zǒu。现xiàn在zài我wǒ知zhī道dào怎zěn么me回huí家jiā。妈mā妈ma在zài。她tā说shuō：你nǐ回huí来lái了liǎo！我wǒ说shuō：是shì。今jīn天tiān我wǒ也yě很hěn高gāo兴xìng。

I walked on by myself. Now I knew the way home. Mum was there. She said: You're back! I said: Yes. Today I am happy too.
