Someone tends this garden every day.

花园 (huāyuán) is a "garden": 花 (huā) means "flower" and 园 (yuán) means "garden, park, enclosed plot", so together they describe a plot planted with flowers rather than just any patch of land.

It differs from 公园 (gōngyuán), "public park", which belongs to everyone, since a 花园 (huāyuán) is usually private, attached to a single house. In British terms, 花园 (huāyuán) covers both the front and back garden of a house.

花园 (huāyuán) also appears in place names and idioms as a byword for beauty and abundance, much as "garden" does in English phrases like "the garden of England".
