favour, goodwill
Examples

.
Great favours demand great thanks.
The root splits neatly: favora is well-disposed, favori is to favour someone, and o is the disfavour you fall into when the king stops smiling. English keeps two words for the two senses, a favour you do and the favour you enjoy, and Esperanto is happy to use for both. Watch the preposition: you show favour someone and act favore a cause, but you do a favour them. The plural is the concrete sense - are individual kindnesses, alone is the standing goodwill.
