I work all day at the computer.

.

His new computer is very fast.

.

She writes letters on the computer.

The proudest exhibit in the affix museum: when the computer arrived, Esperanto did not borrow "computer", it assembled from komputi and --, the same suffix that builds (key) and (vehicle). A laptop is a tekokomputilo (briefcase computer) and a tablet a tabulkomputilo. You work (at it) and do things per it, with the usual instrument preposition.
