The root hands you a small family for free: for peaceful, for peacefully, i for to reconcile two quarrelling parties, and o for the quarrel itself. That last one is worth noticing, because English has no tidy single word for it and reaches for discord or strife instead.
Watch the preposition. Peace with someone is , peace between parties is . And is the everyday brush-off, exactly as in English, so you get one idiom without having to learn it.
