This is the preposition used as a prefix on the verb root ĉes, giving the adjective senĉesa and the adverb . The pattern is productive and worth copying: for motionless, senduba for beyond doubt, senkulpa for innocent. Read - as English -less and most of them decode themselves. carries a faint edge of complaint, much as English incessantly does, so use it when the endlessness is wearing on somebody. For neutral continuation, daŭre or will do the job without the sigh.
