A new family arrives in the house next door. It is a big day in the street. The family is new here. Nobody knows them. In front of the house, there is a car full of boxes. Léa looks through the door. She sees a man, a woman and a little boy.

Léa comes out of the house. The little boy looks at her. He says nothing. He is a little afraid. "Hello," says Léa, very gently. The boy says "Hello" too, but very quietly. His name is Tom.

The new family has a lot of boxes. The boxes are big and there are loads of them. Léa's father comes to help. Léa helps too. She takes a little box in her hands. She carries it into the house. Tom carries another box with her. Together, it is easier.

Afterwards, the children are not working any more. They play in the street. Tom shows Léa a game. Léa really likes this game. They play for ages, outside, in front of the house. Léa and Tom talk a lot. They are happy. In one hour, they are friends. Now Tom is not afraid any more.

In the evening, the new family comes over to Léa's. Tom's mother gives them something good to eat. "Thank you for your help," she says. Everyone eats together. It is a good moment. Afterwards, the two families talk for ages.
