Write to hello@kilolingo.com in Mandarin: how long you have been learning, what you like, what is still hard, and one thing you would add. Aim for four or five sentences. Type them with the Pinyin keyboard built into your computer or phone (Windows, macOS, iOS and Android all ship one), or simply write in pinyin; real people read every message and will reply.
Real humans read every message. We're multilingual and we genuinely love hearing from learners, so write in the language you're learning and don't worry about getting it perfect.
