也 or 都?
One adds another. The other covers the lot.
The rule
也 (ye3) is ALSO: it adds one more to what was said. 都 (dou1) is ALL or BOTH: it covers everything already mentioned. Both sit before the verb, which is why they get swapped, but they make different claims.
