今早 (jīn zǎo) is this morning, a two syllable squeeze of 今天早上. It behaves like a time word, so it goes before the verb rather than after it: 今早我出门很晚, never 我出门今早.
It has siblings built the same way. 昨晚 is last night, 明早 is tomorrow morning, 今晚 is tonight. All four are common in speech and shorter than the full forms.
The trap is the English habit of putting time at the end of the sentence. Mandarin puts it near the front, either before the subject or straight after it. Both 今早我很忙 and 我今早很忙 are fine, but 我很忙今早 is not a sentence.
