The subjunctive after impersonal expressions
es importante que, es necesario que, es posible que - and the certainty exceptions (es verdad que, es evidente que) that keep the indicative.
The short version
Certainty keeps the indicative
Not every es plus adjective plus que frame takes the subjunctive. Sort each one first: value, necessity and doubt trigger it, as in es importante que estudies and es posible que llueva. Assertions of certainty do not, so es verdad que viene keeps the indicative. Negate the certainty and it flips: no es verdad que venga.
Es verdad que trabaja mucho.
