Formal commands: usted and ustedes
The formal imperative is just the present subjunctive: pase, pasen, no pase. Affirmative and negative both, the carried-over irregulars, and where the pronouns attach.
The short version
The formal command has one shape, both directions
The usted and ustedes commands are simply the third-person present subjunctive, and unlike tú they do not split. Pase and no pase are the same form; the negative just adds a no. What the no does change is the pronouns: siéntese becomes no se siente, and dígamelo becomes no me lo diga.
Pase y siéntese, por favor.
That's the gist. The full article goes deeper - more examples, the edge cases, the why - and the practice below scores like a vocabulary session and earns the same XP.
