Prepositional pronouns: para mí, conmigo
The pronouns after a preposition - para mí, a ti, con él - plus the fused conmigo / contigo / consigo and the entre tú y yo exceptions.
The short version
Con refuses to sit next to mí and ti
After a preposition only the first two pronouns break rank: mí with a written accent, ti with none at all, because tí does not exist. Then con refuses to stand beside them and fuses into one word: conmigo, contigo, consigo. Only con does this. Every other preposition keeps its distance: sin ti, para mí, de ti.

Entre tú y yo, never entre ti y mí
A short list of prepositions rejects mí and ti and takes the subject pronouns instead: entre, según, excepto, menos, salvo, incluso, and hasta when it means 'even'. So it is entre tú y yo, según tú, todos menos yo. Everywhere else in the language it stays mí and ti, which is why this list is worth learning whole.
