The - prefix adds the direction: is to call, is to call somebody so that they come to you. That is a real distinction, not decoration, and it is why carries authority - kings, courts and bosses . The person summoned is the object and takes -n; the place they are summoned to takes , which produces the slightly odd-looking but correct . Alvoko is a summons or a public appeal, the sort of thing a movement issues.
