to defecate

Examples
.
The dog defecated on the street in front of our house.
, .
All animals defecate, and that is entirely normal.
, .
The baby eats, sleeps and defecates.
is the plain biological verb, the one a vet or a midwife uses. It is not a swear word, and it is worth knowing precisely so you do not have to grope for a euphemism when talking about a puppy or a newborn. The noun is feko, and is the room you go to. The related interjection you will meet in casual speech is a separate item with a very different register; this page teaches the verb.
