plus the present active participle -ant- plus -o: the one who is reading. Note that it is not o, because -- marks a trade and reading is not one, whereas o and are. The same shape gives for the person speaking and for a beginner. is the standard direct address in Esperanto periodicals, and you will meet it constantly.
