?

Will people ever live on the moon?

is the moon itself; the adjective luna covers anything lunar, and lunlumo is moonlight, made the way most Esperanto compounds are, by shoving two roots together and letting the ending sort out the grammar. Careful with , month - it comes from a different root, so unlike English the family resemblance between moon and month is not there to help you. Note also that Esperanto uses with the article even when speaking generally, as English does.
