plus the augmentative -- plus the adverb ending: very, intensified. It is one of the clearest demonstrations that Esperanto's suffixes attach to anything, including a bare adverb, and the double e in the middle is correct rather than a typo. and sit at roughly the same strength; feels slightly more emphatic and slightly more written. Do not reach for it constantly, since like "extremely" in English it wears out fast, and note that it modifies adjectives and adverbs rather than verbs directly.
