Septuaginta is indeclinable, like all the tens: septuaginta dierum, septuaginta navibus.
Its most famous use is as a name. The Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible, is called after the seventy (by tradition seventy-two) scholars said to have produced it, and it is still abbreviated LXX. The ordinal is septuagesimus, "seventieth", and septuagenarius gives English septuagenarian.
