Sexaginta is indeclinable, so the noun does the work: sexaginta dierum, sexaginta militibus.
The ordinal is sexagesimus, "sixtieth", from which English gets sexagesimal, the base-sixty counting that still runs our clocks and our compasses. The distributive sexageni and the adjective sexagenarius, "of sixty years", are behind sexagenarian, which at least sounds more dignified than "in his sixties".
