Super also takes two cases, but the split is not the tidy rest-versus-motion one you get with sub. The accusative covers 'above, over' in both senses, position and movement alike. The ablative is largely poetic and means 'about, concerning': multa super bello is 'much about the war', where prose would say de bello. In plain classical prose you will more often meet supra plus the accusative for 'above', which is the same word with an adverbial ending.
