Victoria, victoriae is first declension feminine, formed on victor and ultimately on vinco. The beaten party goes into de or ex with the ablative: victoria de hostibus, a victory over the enemy.

Capitalised, Victoria is the goddess herself, the winged figure on the coinage and on the column, which is why the word was already a personal name centuries before the queen. One habit to notice: Latin usually prefers the verb where English reaches for the noun, so Romani vicerunt does the work of "the Romans won a victory" with a good deal less fuss. Victoriam reportare exists but reads as deliberately grand.
