一点 or 有点?

One of these grumbles. The other does not.

The rule

有点 (you3-dian3) goes BEFORE an adjective and carries a complaint: 有点贵, a bit expensive, and I am not happy about it. 一点 (yi4-dian3) goes AFTER and is neutral: 便宜一点, a bit cheaper please. Position and attitude both change.
