所有人 (suǒ yǒu rén) means everyone or all people. 所有 means all or every (所有的书, all the books) and 人 means person. Together 所有人 is a slightly formal way of saying everyone, equivalent to 大家 (dà jiā, everyone) in most contexts but more emphatic and inclusive.
