Un día con María

Story

María está en casa. Pedro está en casa. María lo mira. Pedro la mira.

María is at home. Pedro is at home. María looks at him. Pedro looks at her.

María le dice: "Hola." Pedro le dice: "Hola." Es bueno. Es así, en casa, con Pedro.

María says: "Hello." Pedro says: "Hello." It is good. It is like this, at home, with Pedro.

María quiere algo. Lo quiere mucho. Quiere ver a Pedro. Quiere hablar con él. Quiere estar aquí, con él, en casa. Eso es todo.

María wants something. She wants it a lot. She wants to see Pedro. She wants to talk with him. She wants to be here, with him, at home. That is all.

Pedro habla. Le dice a María: "Yo te quiero, María." María lo mira. María le dice: "Yo te quiero, Pedro." Es la verdad.

Pedro speaks. He says to María: "I love you, María." María looks at him. María says: "I love you, Pedro." It is the truth.

Ahora María y Pedro salen. Salen de casa. No hablan mucho. Pero hablan algo.

Now María and Pedro go out. They leave the house. They do not talk much. But they talk a little.

María dice: "Quiero saber algo, Pedro." Pedro le dice: "¿Qué quieres saber?" María dice: "¿Tú me quieres?" Pedro la mira. Le dice: "Sí, te quiero. Mucho." María se alegra.

María says: "I want to know something, Pedro." Pedro says: "What do you want to know?" María says: "Do you love me?" Pedro looks at her. He says: "Yes, I love you. A lot." María is glad.

Pedro le dice: "¿Y tú, María? ¿Me quieres?" María le dice: "Sí. Mucho. Eso es la verdad." Pedro se alegra. Pedro la quiere ver bien.

Pedro says: "And you, María? Do you love me?" María says: "Yes. A lot. That is the truth." Pedro is glad. Pedro wants to see her happy.

Ahora van. Van a casa. Es así, todo el tiempo. Es bueno.

Now they go. They go home. It is like this, all the time. It is good.
