- marks the instant an action starts, so , which is a state you sit in, becomes , the single moment the thing enters your view. English needs a whole phrase for this and Esperanto needs two letters. The prefix is fully productive rather than a closed list, which is why the same corpus gives you , , and without anyone having to coin them. Reach for whenever you would write "suddenly saw".
