is transitive and takes a plain object or a clause. Note the tense inside that clause: Esperanto keeps the original tense rather than shifting it back the way English does, so , is correct even though we would say was open. The noun rimarko is a remark, and a means remarkable - literally worth noticing, which is a tidier derivation than English manages.
