Lips come in pairs, so the plural is the normal form and the singular sounds pointed unless you mean one of them specifically. The compound worth knowing is , a moustache, built straight from and with no cleverness required. That is Esperanto working as advertised.

Note that Esperanto is happy with for a kiss: the -n marks motion onto them, not a direct object.
