This is with the causative -- bolted on, and the pair is worth learning together. Time passes by itself, so ; you make it pass, so . English uses pass for both and then reaches for spend half the time, which is why learners write and quietly say the day walked past.
Note that money is not pasigita but . Only time and the odd holiday go through this verb.
