is the sixty-minute unit and the position on the clock. Clock time uses the ordinal with : tria , or just tria. The question is Kioma ? - kioma, the ordinal of , because you are asking which numbered hour it is, not how many hours there are. Duration is different again and takes the accusative with no preposition at all: . Three constructions, one word; get them straight early and telling the time stops being fiddly.
