Like other -er verbs with an acute accent in the final syllable of the stem (préférer, espérer, répéter), swaps é for è whenever the ending is silent: je célèbre, tu célèbres, il célèbre, ils célèbrent - but nous célébrons and vous célébrez keep the é because the ending is pronounced.
