Open Pola Retradio, the Esperanto internet radio from Poland, press play on the newest programme and listen for fifteen minutes: the news, an interview, whatever comes up. Then write one sentence in Esperanto about what you heard and post it on r/Esperanto or in your Telegram group.

You will not catch every word, and nobody does at first. Catching the topic and a handful of words you know is the whole win.
