Kuirarto: food and cooking, pantry to plate
Every food word the course owns in scannable tables, the cooking verbs sorted from the traps, the -ajxo meat rule, and bonan apetiton where it belongs.
The short version
The -ajxo rule feeds you
Meat takes -ajxo: kokidajxo is chicken on the plate, bovidajxo is veal, fisxajxo the fish course. Order kokidon and you have asked for a live chick. The suffix marks a thing made from the root - the single most useful piece of word-building at a dinner table.
Mi mendis kokidajxon, ne kokidon.
Bonan apetiton, and mean it
The table formulas are short and fixed: bonan apetiton before eating, je via sano when the glasses rise, dankon pro la mangxo after. All three take the accusative of the wish - the sentence Mi deziras al vi... is silently understood, and the -n is the ghost it left behind.
