Esperanto writes nationalities in lower case, so it is and , never Anglo. The person is the root; everything else is derived. The language is angla, an adjective with understood, and the woman is o. Country names are the one place the language never quite settled: o and Anglio both circulate, and nobody will misunderstand either. Note that means English rather than British, a distinction worth keeping straight if you are writing to Scots.
