penser à or penser de?

One is thinking about. The other is thinking of, as in what do you reckon.

The rule

penser à is to have someone or something in mind: je pense à toi. penser de asks for an OPINION, and it turns up almost only in questions: qu'est-ce que tu penses de ce livre ? Answering with penser de is unusual; you answer with je trouve.
