Put on an episode of Españolistos, a podcast made for Spanish learners, and listen to the first few minutes - twice if you like. Then write one sentence in Spanish about what you heard: a name, a place, an opinion. Post it in the episode's comments or keep it in your notebook.

You will not catch every word, and nobody does at first. Catching the topic and a handful of words you know is the whole win.
