is transitive and takes the thing touched as a direct object, with no preposition in the way. It carries the figurative sense too, so a matter that you is one that concerns or affects you, exactly as in English. Tuŝo is the noun, netuŝebla means untouchable, and i gives you the brief contact of a single touch rather than sustained pressure. Keep apart from , which is what you do with the sensation rather than to the object.
