Choose an episode of Hoy Hablamos on a subject you like and listen to the first ten minutes without stopping. Then write two or three sentences in Spanish: what the episode was about, one thing you learned and a question you would ask the presenter. Post it under the episode or keep it in your notebook.

You will not catch every word, and nobody does at first. Catching the topic and a handful of words you know is the whole win.
