Ol is the second half of a comparison and almost always follows pli or malpli: pli granda ol, pli bone ol. What comes after ol keeps whatever case it would have had on its own, so it is ol mi, never ol min. The same word builds antaŭ ol, the phrase Esperanto uses for "before" in front of an infinitive.
