Ebla is the adjective; swap the ending for -e and you get eble, which serves both as "possibly" and as the impersonal "it is possible to". The root also works as the suffix -ebl-, turning any verb into what can be done to it, so videbla is visible and kredebla is believable. Learn the set phrase kiel eble plej, which is how Esperanto says "as X as possible".
