povi

Povi is "to be able", and it runs through the same six endings as every other verb with no irregularity: povas, povis, povos, povus, povu, povi. The verb that follows it stays in the infinitive, so mi povas veni. The root also builds a family in the ordinary way: povo is "power", ebla is "possible", and nepovo names the lack of it. Keep it apart from scii, which is knowing a fact, and rajti, which is being allowed.
