She speaks Esperanto understandably and clearly.
Take it apart and the meaning falls out: kompren- plus -- plus -e, so literally in an understandable way. From there it slid into of course, the same journey English made with "naturally". Both readings are still alive, which is why the last example above means understandably rather than obviously, and only the position in the sentence tells you which is meant. The adjective a is understandable, and nekomprenebla is the one you will want after a fast speaker from the floor at a congress.
