Maman poule (overprotective mother, helicopter parent) est une expression métaphorique. Bonne fête maman (Happy Mother's Day) est la formule du jour de la fête des Mères, célébrée le dernier dimanche de mai en France. À l'oral, ma maman ou simplement maman sont tous deux naturels selon le registre.
