Sinjoro is both the polite title in front of a name and the ordinary noun for a gentleman. As a direct object it takes the accusative, and any word agreeing with it follows: tiun sinjoron, not tiu sinjoron. The feminine counterpart is sinjorino, built with the -in- suffix that runs right through the language.
