Iri is where the accusative of direction earns its keep. Ŝi iris en la domo means she walked about inside the house, while ŝi iris en la domon means she went in from outside, and the only difference is that -n. The same -n turns kie into kien and hejme into hejmen, so once you see the pattern with iri it works everywhere.
