Now you know the truth, so you may go.
Do draws a conclusion from what came before, and it is the mirror image of ĉar: ĉar gives the reason, do gives the result. Slipped inside a question it adds a shade of impatience, roughly the English "well then". Do not confuse it with the English word "do", which has no Esperanto equivalent at all, since questions are built with ĉu instead.
